You are the operator. Every line connects to exactly one subscriber,
and you have to work out which.
Tap a jack on the left, then a jack on the right, and the cable goes
in. Tap a patched jack to pull the cable out.
The clues are what you overheard this morning. Only
one wiring fits all of them, and every clue on the board is
needed. No guessing required.
Press CONNECT when the board is full.
Basic is four lines and tells you how many you
got right. Hard is six lines and tells you
nothing.
Stuck? + CLUE opens a spare clue the exchange
kept back. HINT confirms a line outright and pins
its cable. Both show up on your score, and the last line is always yours.
Run out of tries and the board goes dead until
midnight.
